Site Operations Lead

Rock the Ruins is seeking part-time Site Operations Lead to join our Operations/Production team in the management of the build out of the concert venue.

Duties

This person will work directly with the Director of Venues in the planning and execution of the site build out.
This person will be responsible for managing the Site Ops team and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
This person needs to be able to work independently, but with direction from Director of Venues
This person will be operating outdoor machinery equipment.
This person will be involved in labor intensive jobs
The nature of this role is very fast-paced and this person will need to be ready to jump at a moment’s notice in order to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience

‍‍Must be 18 years or older.
Must remain sober for the duration of all shifts at the venue.
An easy-going disposition is an ESSENTIAL part of this job.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be available for flexible work hours. Some days will be up to 16 hours.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Certification on a Forklift is a plus
Experience working in a live music venue is a plus.
COVID Vaccination is a plus

Seasonal Position but opportunity for continued work at other Forty5 venues
