Do I have to wear a mask?
Yes, masks are to be worn at all times when you are not in your pod seating area. Masks may be removed inside your pod and when consuming food or beverage.
Are health screenings required of guests for entry?
While individual health screenings of each attendee will not be undertaken prior to entry, attendees are highly encouraged to monitor themselves as well as all minor guest attending with them for COVID symptoms including:
Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea
If you, or any member of your party, are experiencing any of the above symptoms, we request that you not attend.
What COVID-19 safety precautions will be in place for the concert series?
Our goal is to make your experience safe and enjoyable! For this event, we will be following the most current State of Indiana guidelines.
Employees will wear masks for the duration of events and will be required to complete a temperature check and daily self-evaluation Masks will be required for guests any time they are not in their pod seating area We have designed the pod seating chart with social distancing in mind, assuring that your party will have the state recommended distance for safety Rigorous cleaning measures will be in place before, during, and after every show. Hand sanitizer will be available for use in high traffic areas
How can we socially distance at the outdoor venue?
The event will take place at Holliday Park, situated in the large grass field near the famous Ruins structure. Walking paths and high traffic areas will be clearly defined to ensure proper distance between guests. Seating is set up in a pod model, ensuring distanced seating between pods for all concert viewers.
Tickets will be sold in “pods”, meaning that this concert will not be General Admission. Each pod is a 10ft x 10ft square that can hold a maximum of 4 people. Pods will not be assigned, and will be filled on a first come first served basis depending on the entry time stated on your tickets.
No. Each pod will hold a maximum of 4 people. If your party is larger than 4, you will need to purchase an additional pod, and situate your parties in adjacent pods. Pods cannot be reserved, so please try to arrive with all members of your party to secure adjacent pods.
Does everyone in my pod need to arrive at the same time?
No. While seating is set up in the pod model, individual tickets will be issued to the ticket purchaser. If you are coming in different cars, please make sure that everyone has their individual ticket downloaded to their phone or printed out to be scanned prior to arrival. We urge everyone to carpool if possible.
Are there VIP tickets available?
Yes! VIP upgrades are available for purchase and will include special features like:
On-site parking at Holliday Park Access to the VIP Tent (21+), including open bar Access to “The Porch” in the VIP Tent Private bathrooms
Can I buy an individual ticket?
Due to our current pod model, we are not offering individual tickets at this time. This decision is subject to change should the State of Indiana and the Marion County Health Department change the current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. But, on-site parking will be extremely limited. Family and ride-share drop off lines are located on Spring Mill Road. VIP Parking will be available as an amenity for VIP ticket holders. We strongly encourage the use of carpooling, as well as Uber/Lyft.
Only small purses and bags for children's needs will be allowed on the grounds in order to streamline the security check-in process. Please leave all other bags and coolers in your car.
Can I bring a cooler of drinks and food?
No. Outside food or beverage is NOT permitted. You will be asked to throw these items out or return them to your car. There will be many local vendors for a variety of food and beverage choices.
Can I bring my own chairs?
Yes! We encourage you to bring your own low back lawn chairs or blankets. Please be cognizant of your surroundings when planning what items to bring and refrain from bringing items that will obstruct others' views.
What items are prohibited?
The following items are prohibited from entering the concert grounds. If you try to bring these items in, you will be asked to dispose of them or return them to your car.
All weapons (with or without a permit) Bladed items of any kind Aerosols, including pepper/mace spray Fireworks, flammable liquids, and other explosive materials Audio recording devices (unless you have been granted a Press Pass) Professional cameras and video cameras with telephoto or removable zoom lenses (unless you have been granted a Press Pass) Drones or any other remote controlled moving object Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks Backpacks and other large bags Beach balls and other inflatable items Confetti, glitter (any items that may be thrown), and face paint Bull horns, musical instruments, and other noisemakers Coolers. Including any outside food and beverage items Hula hoops and juggling sticks Illegal drugs Laptops/tablets Laser pens Pets Tents Totems High-back chairs Any other item deemed inappropriate by management/staff
All concerts will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions, we will keep all guests notified via email through our ticketing partner and the Rock the Ruins and Holliday Park Facebook pages. We will notify all guests immediately should an event be delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to inclement weather.
For the safety and comfort of our guests, pets will not be allowed inside the concert grounds. Working service animals are welcome! Emotional support animals are not working service animals.
Will recycling be available?
Yes! Recycling bins will be located throughout the concert grounds. We encourage all guests to recycle appropriate items and to leave no trash behind in their pod. Please leave your pod as clean as you found it and help maintain cleanliness in the park!

Hands will be stamped to allow patrons to exit and re-enter.

Due to our current COVID-19 safety measures and our pod purchase model, every person must be accounted for. Therefore children will not be permitted to enter free.
Do you offer refunds and what are the conditions of my ticket purchase?
No refunds and no transfers. All ticket purchases are final.
Is the park wheelchair accessible? / Is handicap parking available?
Yes, the park is wheelchair accessible, and we do have handicap parking available in the parking lot located off of Spring Mill Road.
